In September and October of this year, audio tours in the unique Museum of Ukrainian home icon in the Radomysl Castle, will be launched.
Schoolchildren, students and soldiers of Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions will be the first to visit these tours for free.
During the tour, each visitor will be able to navigate independently using an interactive map, while listening to the information about locations and objects through audio-guides in three languages - Ukrainian, English and Russian.
This unique project will be implemented due to the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation’s grant, which the Castle received for the first time.
The project’s specific feature is interactive journey for families with children. Its authors are sure that that such programs of the Museum will compete with entertainment centers. The combination of informative journey with elements of a fairy-tale game, spending time in the country open air is going to be good addition to weekend with kids.
The project’s mission is to improve the tourist industry in the region and in the whole country. The modern audio system will allow the Museum’s visitors to get acquainted with the culture and art of Ukrainians, to check out the new methods of popularizing the culture in the Radomysl Castle, as well as to plan their time and sightseeing route independently.
